On May 12, State Police in Oneida arrested Donald J. Smith, 30, from Mansville, Pa., for predatory sexual assault against a child, a class A-II felony and first-decree criminal sex act, a class B felony.
Smith is charged with having sexual conduct with a child under the age of 13. He was arraigned in Lenox Town Court and remanded to the Madison County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bail bond. Smith is scheduled to return to Lenox Town Court May 16 at 1 p.m.
