State Police arrested Eric J. Brown, age 30, from 1544 Otisco Valley Road, Marietta, for the following:
- Felony DWI – a class “D” felony for having two previous convictions within 10 years.
- Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree – a class “E” felony
- Use of Motor Vehicle without Interlock System as required by law, a class “A” misdemeanor
Brown was arrested after Troopers observed his vehicle crossing the center line several times on Slate Hill Road in the Town of Marcellus. He was arraigned in the Town of Marcellus Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center on $2,000 cash/ $4,000 Bond. Brown is scheduled to be back in court May 17, at 3:30 p.m.
