On May 11, State Police in Herkimer arrested Kevin L. Treen, 35, of 496 State Route 51 in West Winfield, for second-degree assault, a class D felony.
Treen is charged with striking his neighbor in the back with a board after a neighbor dispute that occurred at his residence.
Treen was arraigned in Winfield Town Court and released. He is scheduled to appear in Winfield Town Court June 15, at 6 p.m.
