On May 14, 2016, at approximately 12:20 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 at Exit 25 for a cell phone violation. The driver of the vehicle, Darryl D. Stephenson, 26, of Cohoes, NY, was found to be in possession of more than 8 ounces of marijuana. He was transported and processed at SP Albany where he was subsequently charged with:- Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 3rd Degree; a Class E Felony

Stephenson was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Guilderland Court on May 19, 2016 at 5:30 p.m.
