On Sunday, May 23, at approximately 9:18 p.m., State Police responded to a domestic dispute in progress on West Eleventh Street in the Town of Granby. Following investigation, Jeffrey A. LaPage, 22, of West Eleventh Street, stands accused of threatening to stab the victim, and damaging property within the apartment with a metal pipe. He is also accused of causing damage to a second victim’s vehicle with the pipe before fleeing the scene. LaPage was located a short time later in the apartment complex and taken into custody.
LaPage was taken to SP Fulton and charged with Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree, and two counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, both class “A” misdemeanors. He was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and is scheduled to return on May 23, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
