Members of the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team along with detectives from the Town of Cicero Police Department executed a search warrant last evening at 13 Bellewood Circle in the Town of Cicero, Onondaga County.
As a result of the search warrant, Brian D. Zory, 46, of 13 Bellewood Circle, was charged with unlawful disposal of methamphetamine laboratory, a class E felony; and second-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, a class C felony.
Zory was arraigned in the Town of Cicero Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center without bail. Zory was placed on parole May 2 after he pleaded guilty for an arrest May 28, 2015, by the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of third-degree unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine.
This investigation began after an anonymous tip was reported to the Cicero Police Department through the new Onondaga County confidential TIP411 program.
