




On May 27 at approximately 10:30 p.m., State Police stopped a 2016 Dodge Ram pickup truck on Blythe Road in the Town of Hannibal after observing the truck traveling west in the eastbound lane.
While speaking to the driver, Edio Vallejo, the odor of marijuana was detected and after further interviews, the driver admitted he had a small amount of marijuana located inside the vehicle. While searching the vehicle, Troopers located a large amount of crystal methamphetamine and U.S. currency.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a class A felony:
- Edio R. Vallejo, 46, from Main Street in Northampton, Mass.
- Nicole M. Kenyon, 40, from 121 Lyons Street in Fulton
- Brandy L. Sherman, 34, from 114 Division Street in Fulton
- Johnathan J. Boyce, 41, from 516 First Street in Fulton
- Abbott E. Patterson, 34, from 237 Wilcox Road in Fulton
All five defendants were arraigned in Hannibal Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail without bail.
