Oneida police patchHarry Joslyn, Sr., 54, of Stone St., Oneida, was charged May 31 with disorderly conduct.

Charles P. Clements, 27, of Earl Ave., Oneida, was charged May 31  with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation

Steven P. Touron, 61, of W. Elm St., Wampsville, was issued a criminal summons June 1 on a charge of second-degree harassment.

Adah C. Shenandoah, Jr., 27, of Maple St., Oneida, was arrested June 2 on an arrest warrant for petit larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart.

Natalio J. McCormick, 21, of Phelps St., Oneida, was charged June 3 with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing following investigation into an assault that occurred Maay 26 at about 9 p.m. in front of 113 Cedar St. McCormick is alleged to have punched a male victim in the face with his fist, tackle the male to the road and applied pressure to the victim’s throat and neck with his arm, causing the victim to lose consciousness momentarily. The victim suffered a fractured nose, dislocated elbow and head contusions.
