7b06cb9b949e5aa9838ed82bb05e698cSponsorships are still available; Proceeds Benefit Local Women’s Health Organizations

The Skenandoa Club of Clinton and the SLGA are once again hosting the annual Pink Ball Golf Tournament at the Skenandoa Club. The event is scheduled to take place next Friday, June 24. Golfers from across Central New York will gather for a day of play on Skenandoa’s championship course, with all proceeds benefitting local women’s health organizations.

The event begins with registration at 12 p.m. and a shotgun start following at 1 p.m. Registration fee is $125 per person and includes lunch, 18 holes with a cart, raffles and prizes, and a clambake dinner to cap off the day. Both individuals and teams are encouraged to register by calling (315) 796-5215 or visiting www.skenandoa.com for a paper mailing form.

According to past chairman Liz Kearns, this is the eleventh year that SLGA has been organizing this event and sending donations to these worthy organizations. Rather than donating to large corporations, all funds will go to groups directly benefitting our local communities.

"100% of the profits go to SLGA, Inc.” says Kearns. “We then divide the money between organizations like Faxton-St. Luke’s, St. Elizabeth’s Healthcare, the Slocum-Dixon Foundation, the American Cancer Society, and others.”

Events like this have seen a huge success thanks to the generosity of our community. If your business is interested in supporting the cause, sponsorships are available now at multiple levels.

For sponsorship and registration inquiries, contact Liz Kearns either by phone at 315-796-5215, or by email at egkcpa@aol.com
