On June 17, Members of the New York State Police CNET Central Unit along with NYSP Special Operations Response Team (SORT), Troop D Uniform, NYSP K9 Unit and the Syracuse Police Dept. SID Unit executed a search warrant at 608 Turtle St., Syracuse.
Investigators seized approximately three ounces of heroin that was individually packaged in 1,054 glassine envelopes. Approximately 10 grams of cocaine, assorted drug paraphernalia and $568 in U.S. currency. Street value of the drugs seized is estimated at approximately $20,000 dollars.
The following subjects were arrested and remain at the Onondaga County Justice Center:
- Telito C. Keller, 36, charged with (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree w/intent, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nddegree. (He is also on parole for Manslaughter 1st degree.)
- Donald A. Keller, 52, charged with (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree w/intent, UPM and Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree.
- Aquino D. Keller, 30, charged with (4) counts of counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree w/intent, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree.
