1. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROPOSALS: Authorize the Mayor to accept and sign Professional Service Proposals from Parker Land Surveying, P.C. for flood buyout property surveys and with Stewart Title Insurance Company and Allied American Abstract Corporation to produce abstracts of title for flood buyout properties. 2. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT: Receive and place on file a proposed Ordinance Amendment revising Chapter 139 Sewers; Part 3; Article VIII; §139-66 & §139-68 relative to lateral construction and schedule a Public Hearing for July 19 at 6:30 p.m. (Rauscher)
3. CAPITAL PROJECT 16-07: Amend Capital Project 16-07–Flood Mitigation Project (WWTP) to include 25% in State aid, authorize the City Engineer to proceed with Capital Project 16-07, to expend funds up to the programmed amount and further authorize the Mayor to sign any documents related to said Capital Project.
