2016-adultsummerreading-puzzleheadingBoth branches of the Sullivan Free Library will be holding a Summer Reading Program for ages 16-plus that will run from July 5 through Sept. 9 .

The first 100 people to sign up will receive a goody bag of book-related items. For each book read during the time period, participants can fill out a review slip that can be used an entry into prize drawings. The more books read, the greater the chances of winning a prize. There are three prizes this year: a Kindle Fire seven-inch tablet that can be used an e-reader, a $50 Barnes & Noble gift card or a $50 Amazon card. Drawings will be held at each library Sept. 9 at 4 p.m.

Participants can also earn extra prize entries by attending a program at the library, such as a book discussion group, Wednesday movie (Chittenango) or other adult program. The calendar of events can be seen at: http://www.sullivanfreelibrary.org/calendar-2/. For more information, call either library: Chittenango 687-6331 or Bridgeport: 633-2253.
