On July 3, State Police in Sylvan Beach charged a 16-year-old Vienna resident with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” misdemeanor. The suspect stands accused of making an 8-year-old child view him performing a sexual act. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Vienna Court at a later date.
