The Utica Public Library will host The Art of the Literary Short Story on Saturdays, Aug. 13 and 27 at 1:30 p.m. This free, two-session class will be presented by educator, poet and author Suzanne Richardson. The classes will cover terminology, technique, plot development and characterization.
