On July 28, 2016 State Police charged Beth L. Nolan, age 29, from 827 Middle Road, Oswego, with Criminal Impersonation 2nd degree, a class “A” misdemeanor. The charge stems from a traffic stop in the Town of Lysander on April 21, 2016 in which Nolan provided Troopers with the identity of a family member. Nolan then failed to answer the ticket, and the victim alerted Troopers when her license was suspended for failure to answer the charge.
Nolan was arraigned in the Town of Lysander Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond. She is scheduled to return to court on August 3, 2016.
