Cornell Cooperative Extension Oneida County is required to review and update its constitutional by-laws. A committee was formed at the beginning of the year to update this document. It has been pre-approved by the Director of Extension at Cornell Extension Administration and the Board of Directors of Cornell Cooperative Extension Oneida County. Minimal formatting changes were made as well as a change to the time and location of the Association’s annual meeting. It is proposed to move the annual meeting from July to the fourth quarter of the year.
This will allow more time to prepare financials and reports that are required to be presented at the annual meeting.
A special meeting of all interested and eligible Cornell Cooperative Extension Oneida County voters will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday Aug. 16, at 121 Second Street Oriskany, N.Y. 13424.
For reservations or to obtain a copy of the current and proposed Constitutions, contact Remi Link at 736-3394 ext 111 before Tuesday, Aug. 8.
