On August 12, 2016 a 16 year old male was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On August 13, 2016, Jennifer E. Mudge, age 31, of 5194 S. Main St., Munnsville was charged with unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and not wearing a seatbelt. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On August 15, 2016, Jennie L. Fountain, age 36, of 238 Broad St. was charged with passing a red light and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On August 15, 2016, Charles A. Widger, age 32, of 1094 St. Rt. 80, Georgetown, was charged with unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree, harassment in the second degree, criminal trespass in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded to the custody of Madison County PSB in lieu of $500 cash/$1000 bond. He is to re-appear in court at a later date.
On August 15, 2016, Alan D. Buss Jr., age 42, 4425 Stuhlman Rd. Vernon, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear in court on original charges of failing to obey a traffic control device, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the custody of the Madison County PSB in lieu of $350 cash/$1000 bond pending further court action.
On August 15, 2016, Caroline L. Joslyn, age 58, of 416 W. Railroad St., apt. 25, Oneida was arrested on a city ordinance noise violation. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On August 15, 2016. Rikki L. Sochia, age 27, of 123 N. Warner St., Oneida was issued a criminal summons charging her with harassment in the second degree. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On August 16, 2016, Kathy J. Curtis, age 46, of 416 W. Railroad St., apt 6, Oneida was charged with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On August 16, 2016, Steven L. Gould, age 48, of 211 S. Peterboro St., Canastota, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with criminal possession of stolen property in the 5 th degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance pending further court action.
