On August 27, 2016, Christopher R. Pallotta, 28, of 429 Lenox Ave. Oneida, was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held in the MCPSB Jail in lieu of $1000 cash or $2000 bond, pending further court action.

On August 29, 2016, Kristen R. On August 31, 2016, Christopher M. Becraft, 34, of 373 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was issued traffic tickets charging him with a stop sign violation and aggravated operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On September 1, 2016, Frances Pratt, 53, of 161 N. Willow St., Oneida, was issued traffic tickets charging her with failure to obey a traffic control device and aggravated operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On August 31, 2016, Michael A. VanPatten Jr., 34, of 109 Lake St., Chittenango, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with making a punishable false statement and falsely reporting an incident. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ROR’d to re-appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On September 1, 2016, Kenneth D. Rolland III, 47, of 118 Phelps St. apt. 8, Oneida, was charged with petit larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
