On September 11, 2016, Kurt C. Merithew, 36, of 513 Elizabeth St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On September 11, 2016, Alyssa M. Moleski, 20, of 8638 Honeycomb Path, Cicero, was charged with petit larceny. She was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On September 9, 2016, Steven W. Mackey, 20, 517 Sconondoa St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with menacing in the second degree and unlawful imprisonment in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the custody of the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail pending further court action.
