1. AGREEMENTS: Authorize the Mayor to sign the agreements with Honeywell International for Capital Project 16-08 Recreation Center Boiler Replacement in the amount of $69,586.00. (Griff)
2. AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Humana Medicare Advantage Employer Plan Renewal effective January 1, 2017 with no changes in the rates. (Burkhart)
3. MONTHLY REPORTS: Receive and place on file monthly reports from Chamberlain, City Clerk, Director of Planning and Development, Fire Department, Police Department and Recreation Department.
4. HEALTH INSURANCE RENEWAL PLANS: Authorize the Mayor to sign the health insurance renewal plans for 2017, Excellus BluePPO Option I, Signature Deductible 3, and the 2017 dental plan renewal with Excellus Dental Blue Options. (Burkhart)
5. BUDGET TRANSFER: Approve a budget transfer to cover the cost of assessment certioraris. (Stedman/Wells)
6. RECREATION COORDINATOR: Approve the appointment of a full-time Recreation Coordinator filling the five-year vacancy of said position in the Recreation Department at a projected cost of $13,449.60 for fiscal year 2016. (This item was tabled at the last meeting) (Griff)
