SUPERVISORS REPORT
*Approval of minutes regular meeting 10/04/16
*Approval of Warrant No. 20
1. MONTHLY REPORTS: Receive and place on file monthly reports from the Chamberlain, City Clerk, City Engineer, Fire Department, Police Department and Recreation Department.
2. PURCHASE AND REHABILITATION AGREEMENT: Accept the purchase offer for the property located at 305 N. Main Street in the amount of $15,000.00, and further authorize the Mayor to sign the Rehabilitation and Purchase Agreement with Marty Blair for said property at 305 N. Main St., Oneida. (Stedman)
3. CELLULAR REIMBURSEMENT: Receive and place on file the Employee Acknowledgement of Receipt and Understanding of the Cell Phone Administrative Policy and approve the Cellular Telephone Request Form from Fire Chief Kevin Salerno. (Wells/Salerno)
4. TRANSFERS: Approve budget transfers/amendments to reimburse Fire for the purchase of a scanner and to allocate money to the appropriate retirement account for invoice due in 2016. (Rauscher/Pease)
5. AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services agreement with GHD Consulting Services, Inc. for the WWTP expansion and upgrade. (Rauscher)
