Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 10:30 a.m. – Halloween Story Time
We will have a special non-scary Halloween theme this week.  Babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and their caregivers are invited to come in costume! After a few stories, songs, and finger plays, all participants are invited for refreshments at the Crouse Community Center Adult Day Services in Hamilton at 11 a.m. Their clients love visiting with our story time families and seeing all their fabulous costumes!

Friday, Oct. 28, 4 p.m. – Garden Party Celebration and Dedication
The community is invited to join us on the front lawn at the Hamilton Public Library to celebrate our new books and landscaping and share in their dedication in memory of Eleanor Ross. Refreshments will be served by the Friends of the Library.

Friday, Oct. 28, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. – “Faces in the Crowd” Art Reception
The Faces in the Crowd Art Show featuring many portraits painted by Bill Edmonston is currently on display at the library. Please join us for a special reception in our gallery space to celebrate Edmonston’s artwork. Refreshments will be served by the Friends of the Library.

Are you interested in visiting with friends and fellow community members while coloring? Join us for an Adult Coloring Club on the third Thursday of the month for October, November, and December from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Traditionally an activity for kids, adult coloring books are becoming more and more popular. This calming activity is a great way to de-stress and utilize some creative energy. Bring your own coloring project or feel free to use our supplies. Refreshments will be served by the Friends of the Library.

The Hamilton Public Library is pleased to showcase the artwork of Bill Edmonston.
