On Oct. 28, 2016, Olivario B. Maes, 37, of 329 Washing Ave., apt. 1, Oneida, was charged with two counts of harassment in the second degree, criminal trespass in the second degree and resisting arrest. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On Oct. 30, 2016, Michael A. VanPatten Jr., 34, of 109 Lake St., Chittenango, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal contempt in the first degree and resisting arrest. He was arraigned in the Town of Stockbridge Court and ordered held pending $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. He will appear in Oneida City Court at a later date for further action.

On Oct. 28, 2016, Ellie-Mae E. Jones, 36, of 416 W. Railroad St. apt. 26, Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging her with theft of services. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On Oct. 28, 2016, a 17 year old Town of Vernon youth was issued an appearance ticket charging her with petit larceny. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On Oct. 28, 2016, David P. Schuler, 53, of 115 Madison St., apt. 3A, Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with petit larceny. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
On Oct. 30, 2016, Chas P. Crippen, 25, of 3270 Pondhill Rd., Taberg was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with harassment in the second degree, petit larceny and robbery in the third degree. He was arraigned and ordered held in lieu of bail.
On Oct. 28, 2016, John E. Krakau, 36, of 165 Hilltop Dr., Afton, was arrested on an arrest warrant for sex offender failing to change address. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released to re-appear in court at a later date.
