Tuesday, November 15th at 10:30am – Story Time
Story Time for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers is held in the children’s story room, led by Early Childhood Educator, Hilary Virgil.  Story Time for preschoolers will be held in the community room and led by guest educator Sharon Morley. Story Time is held every Tuesday from mid-September through July, unless otherwise closed for a holiday or emergency.

Thursday, November 17th from 2:30-4pm – Adult Coloring Club
Join us the third Thursday of the month for this creative club and social time!Traditionally an activity for kids, adult coloring books are becoming more and more popular. This calming activity is a great way to de-stress and utilize some creative energy! Bring your own coloring project or feel free to use our supplies. Refreshments will be served by the Friends of the Library.

Saturday, November 19th at 10:30am – American Girl Mystery Party
Meet Kit, the Library’s new American Girl doll! Kit needs your help to find her mother’s missing pearl necklace. Party goers are welcome to wear 1930s-era costumes, but not required. The door prize winner will be the first to borrow Kit at the end of the party!

Are you preparing to draw social security benefits? Or maybe just planning ahead? You’re invited to a seminar in the Community Room on Monday, November 21 st from 6-7pm. Presenter John N. Kalil, Jr., President of Retirement Solutions, LLC will share tips for making the most of social security. This is a one-hour financial education program (not a sales seminar) designed to help pre-retirees (ages 50-70) learn how to maximize their Social Security benefits prior to receiving them. The program will be presented in an enjoyable format that includes valuable case studies and provides attendees with answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. Refreshments will be provided. Advance registration is required for this program; please call or stop by the Library to sign-up.
