


On Nov. 1, 2016, at approximately 4:20 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on State Route 3 in the Town of Volney for multiple vehicle and traffic law violations. The operator, Susanne M. Gugula, 29, of 858 Baldwin Road, Fulton, was found to be operating with a suspended license, and without a required interlock device.
Further investigation at the scene revealed several packets of heroin, hypodermic needles and two packets of Suboxone without a valid prescription within the vehicle. Gugula, along with passengers Amanda E. Freyleue, 30, from 850 Baldwin Road, Fulton; and John A. Susco, 33, from 103 Westwood Ave., Mattydale were taken into custody, processed at SP Fulton, and arraigned in the Town of Palermo Court.
Gugula was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree, a class “C” felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor, and several vehicle and traffic law violations. She was remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond, and is scheduled to return to Town of Volney Cour Dec. 5, 2016.
Freyleue was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor. She was remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond, and is scheduled to return to Town of Volney Court Nov. 14, 2016.
Susco was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor. He was remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond and is scheduled to return to Town of Volney Court Nov. 14, 2016.
