On Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016, The Midtown Utica Community Center, an award-winning community center from Utica, was awarded a community partnership award from Fort Stanwix national monument in Rome.
The event, presented by Superintendent Frank Barrows, was well attended and was very meaningful. The Midtown Utica Community Center has been involved in organizing the Fort’s Cultural Showcase the last two years. Working with Fort Stanwix is “very special” as Eh Ka Paw says. Eh Ka Paw received the award on behalf of the Midtown Utica Community Center.
