On Nov. 17, 2016, Tammy A. Carnes, 37, of 236 Williams St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for 2 counts of all night parking and one count of uninspected motor vehicle.
On Nov. 17, 2016, Katrena O. Eldridge, 18, of 529 Lenox Ave., Oneida was issued an appearance ticket charging her with petit larceny.

On Nov. 17, 2016, Michael S. Smith, 28, of 8067 N. Main St. Canastota, was arrested on a bench warrant with original charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and driving while using a mobile phone. The bench warrant alleges that he failed to participate in court-ordered programs/services. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

On Nov. 18, 2016, John B. O’herien, 41, of 7224 Nelson Rd., Canastota was issued a criminal summons charging him with trespass. He will appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.
