Boy ScoutsThe Boy Scouts of America will host its 18th annual Leatherstocking Council Golf Classic at Crestwood Golf Club in Marcy Monday, May 22, 2017. The event, sponsored by Community Bank, N.A., will support character and leadership development programs in Delaware, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Otsego and Schoharie counties. Registration is now open for golfers and corporate partners.

The event will begin with lunch and check-in starting at 11 a.m. with a shotgun start at noon. The classic will conclude with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and an awards ceremony immediately following play. It is a Captain & Crew format with individual competitions for putting, closest to the pin and longest drive.

Registration for foursomes is $800 and $200 for an individual player which includes 18 holes of golf, cart, commemorative item, lunch, cocktails and Hors D’oeuvres for each player.

Several levels of participation are available for corporate partners ranging from $250 to $5,000 and include Lunch Sponsor, Cocktail Hour Sponsor, Scoreboard Sponsor, Cart Sponsor, Hole Sponsors and Tee Sponsors. Corporate contributions may also include acknowledgements in the Leatherstocking Council’s 2018 calendar if commitment is received by April 1.
