*Approval of minutes – special meetings 11/07/16, 11/9/16, 11/14/16, 11/29/16 and regular meeting 11/15/16
*Approval of Warrant No. 23
1. APPOINTMENTS: Approve the Mayor’s reappointments of Barbara Beuhner to the Sign Review Board, Lisa Coakley to the Recreation Commission, and Jim Sweet, Mike Kaiser, Barbara Beuhner, and Kipp Hicks to the Traffic Safety Board. (Mayor)
2. AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2017 Prospect Street Maintenance Agreement. (Smolinski)
3. 2017 BUDGET: Adopt the 2017 City of Oneida Budget. (Mayor)
4. MISCELLANEOUS UTILITY BILLING: Authorize the Miscellaneous Utility Billing for unpaid service charges, water rents and sewer taxes in the amount of $63,671.72 be hereby inserted into the 2016 assessment roll to be relevied into the 2017 tax roll. (Smolinski)
5. WAIVER OF LATE FEE PENALTY: Per the recommendation of the Water Board, authorize waiving the late fee penalty for the September 2016 water/sewer bill for 54 E. Fifth St., Account #51-24101200 due to postponements of the meetings of the Water Board. (Smolinski)
6. ADJUST WATER BILL DUE TO LEAK: Per the recommendation of the Water Board, authorize an adjustment to 101 Madison St., Acct. #51-19205100 for the December 2016 water/sewer bill, and further authorize that the property owner be given ten (10) months to repay the December 2016 bill without penalty. (Smolinski)
7. CANVASS BIDS: Canvass and approve bids for liquid caustic soda. (Smolinski/Wells)
8. AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSES: Approve the 2017 Amusement Device Licenses from the Ye Olde Pizza Pub and National Entertainment Network (Machines at Walmart). (Pulverenti)
