I have become aware of a Lebanon resident who filed a complaint about a loss of service from Frontier. I would recommend you call Frontier customer service and give them dates of loss of phone service and also notify the Attorney General’s via complaint form, which can be found at http://www.ag.ny.gov/sites/default/files/pdfs/complaints/internet_complaint.pdf.
