The Greater Oneida Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting at the new HIPStir Café in Oneida during its grand opening Tuesday, Dec. 13.
Owners Patrick Costello and Jennifer Di Giorgio were joined by Senator David Valesky, Mayor Leo Matzke, a representative from Assemblyman Bill Magee’s office, Chamber Board members, employees, family and friends.
The HIPstir Café located at 125 Farrier Ave. in Oneida is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. through 2 p.m. The café serves pastries, breakfast, lunch, soup and salad, desserts and a full barista coffee menu.
