Players of Utica continues its 104th season with Sordid Lives, by Del Shores and directed by Art Felshaw. Audiences will enjoy this clever, campy and often raunchy tale with a cast of characters that’s not afraid of having affairs, cross-dressing and stripping to their skivvies – all while exploring serious themes like bigotry, guilt, homosexuality, forgiveness and acceptance. This delicious comedy teeters on a knife’s edge between the hilariously improbable and the achingly real.
