- Misty A. Jimenez, 40, 1715 Dixon Blvd., Cocoa, Fla., was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on an original charged of harassment in the 2nd degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held on $150 cash or $500 bond.

- Joseph F. Arsenault, 37, 299 Main St., Coldbrook, was charged with petit larceny.
- Marshall A. Urgan, 40, 9545 Luke Road, Marcy, was arrested for petit larceny and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
- Sharon M. Hopkins, 52, 309 Farrier Ave., Oneida was issued an appearance ticket for trespass and disorderly conduct.
- Roger A. Tucker, 55, 3743 Seneca Trpk., Canastota, was arrested on an arrest warrant for issuing a bad check. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance pending further court action.

- Michael S. Stevens, 37, of the Madison County Jail, was charged with tampering with a witness in the 4th degree.
Chas P. Crippen, 25, 3270 Pond Hill Rd., Taberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear on original charges of robbery in the 3rd degree, petit larceny and harassment in the 2nd degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held pending further court action.
