Following a month-long investigation, the Madison County Sheriff’s Office narcotics investigators, along with the Sheriff’s Special Operations Unit and drug canine teams from Madison and Chenango county sheriff’s offices conducted a raid on a mobile home in the White Pines Trailer Park in the town of Eaton.
Mckinley Bradley, 48, of 6115 US Route 20, Lot 14, Bouckville, was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (class A-2 felony), third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (class B felony), fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (class C felony), fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell (class D felony), four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (class A misdemeanor) and endangering the welfare of a child (class A misdemeanor).
It is alleged that Bradley possessed several illegal drugs to include bath salts with the intent to sell, morphine sulfate, psilocybin mushrooms, cocaine and marijuana. Bradley engaged in all of this illegal activity while a child under the age of 17 was living in his residence. Bradley was arraigned at Eaton Town Court and remanded to the Madison County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bail bond.
Leslie Parsons, 48, of 6115 US Route 20, Lot 14, Bouckville, was arrested and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (class A misdemeanor) and endangering the welfare of a child (class A misdemeanor). It is alleged that Parsons illegally possessed Clonazepan and also allowed a 16-year-old child to smoke marijuana in her presence. Parsons was issued an appearance ticket instructing her to appear at Eaton Town Court at a later date.
Jacob Baird, 16, of 6115 US Route 20, Lot 14, Bouckville, was arrested and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (class A misdemeanor), unlawfully growing cannabis (class A misdemeanor) and unlawful possession of marijuana (violation). It is alleged that Baird illegally possessed bathsalts, oxycodone and marijuana. Baird was arraigned at Eaton Town Court and released on his own recognizance. Baird is scheduled to re-appear at court at a later date.
