  • Ruth M. Winton, 53, 559 Lenox Ave., Oneida was issued an appearance ticket charging her with petit larceny and grand larceny in the 4th degree.
  • Ronald J. Wood, 47, 1923 Floyd Ave., Rome was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to comply with conditions regarding charges of petit larceny and trespass. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held on $500 cash or bond. He was also issued a criminal summons charging him with petit larceny.
  • Laura L. Hollenbeck, 36, 403 Washington Ave., Oneida was issued an appearance ticket for littering and for having an unlicensed junkyard.

Sept. 23, 2017

  • Donald J. Ciani, 40, 175 Madison St., Oneida was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.
  • Linda L. Bender, 48, 5740 St. Rt. 13, Chittenango, was issued an appearance ticket for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.
  • Jessica L. Branagan, 32, 5008 St. Rt. 23, Norwich was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.
  • Zachary S. Lopitz, 19, 4943 Forest Ave., Oneida was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the 2nd degree.
  • A 15-year-old Canastota youth was summoned to appear at Madison County Probation regarding a charge of criminal mischief in the 4th degree.

Sept. 24, 2017

  • Michael A. Sovocool, 40, 115 Rose Lane, Rome, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree and leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident.
  • Kristina M. Lawler, 33, 207 W. Elm St., Oneida was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.

Sept. 25, 2017

  • Stephanie N. Znuj, 22, 9077 O’Hara Ave., Canastota, was charged with unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree, operating without insurance and following too closely.
  • Amy E. Messinger, 39, 5352 Irish Ridge Rd., Chittenango was issued an appearance ticket for trespass and resisting arrest.

Sept. 26, 2017

  • Jimmy Quinones, 45, 306 Village Dr., Syracuse, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to comply with conditions on an original charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Tara D. Minton, 34, 115 Furnace Ave., Oneida was issued an appearance ticket for criminal tampering in the 3rd degree.
