It’s time to make some mediators!

This training will provide everything that a participant needs to become a certified mediator in New York State. The skills learned are valuable additions to a résumé, and powerful tools in both personal and professional conflicts. Participants will learn how to become effective listeners, communicate better, solve problems, and preserve relationships.

No previous experience is required.

Duke Fisher and Mark W. Leuthauser present entertaining, informative, and engaging trainings using a mixture of reading, lecture, games, role-play, multimedia, and group discussion.

The training will be held November 18th, 19th, 27th, 28th, & 29th from 9AM to 4PM, at The Peacemaker Program’s offices in Utica.

There is no charge for those who commit to at least two years of volunteer service (Volunteer Application required).

Tuition is $350 per person for Professional Development participants who do not wish to commit to a term of volunteer service. (Payment is due by no later than November 16th.)
