Cicero man arrested on weapons charges following road rage incident
The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation based in Lysander, arrested Rosario P. Morina, 50, of Cicero, for second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class “A” misdemeanors.
The arrest stems from an investigation of a road rage incident that occurred Jan. 23, 2018, at approximately 3 p.m., on Interstate 81 in the town of Salina. Morina is accused of unlawfully displaying a firearm. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Salina Town Court for Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2018.
