On Feb. 21, 2018, a 13=year-old Oneida youth was charged with second-degree robbery for his involvement in the robbery that was reported to the Oneida Police Department on Sunday evening, Feb. 18, 2018. The youth will appear at the Madison County Probation Department. He was released to the custody of his parent at this time.
At this time, there are no further suspects.
The Oneida Police Department has received a number of reports of larcenies from parked vehicles, parked in private driveways. The OPD encourages all people to keep their vehicles locked when not attended and to also remove, or at least keep out of sight, any valuables from their vehicles.
