1. SPECIAL EVENTS: Approve the Special Event applications for the Robert’s Road Run, Annual Walk for Autism and Lilly’s Dance Angels. (Pulverenti)
2. PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AGMTS: Authorize the Mayor to sign Preventative Maintenance Agreements with Power Generation & Industrial Engines, Inc. for generators in the WWTP, Justice Center, Water Department and Recreation Department. (Smolinski)
3. AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE: Approve the 2018 Amusement Device License for Quarters Only Vending for machines located at the Colonial Laundromat. (Pulverenti)
4. BOND RESOLUTION: Approve a Bond Resolution for the purchase of an Emergency Standby Generator and Installation at a maximum estimated cost of $60,000. (Wells) (ROLL CALL)
5. CANVASS & APPROVE BIDS: Canvass and approve bids for Capital Project 18-6 Emergency Generator Replacement and further authorize the Fire Chief to proceed with the Capital Project. (Salerno/Wells)
6. BOND RESOLUTION: Approve a Bond Resolution for the purchase of a Liftech Skid Steer, including apparatus, at a maximum estimated cost of $71,000.00. (Matzke/Wells) (ROLL CALL)
7. CAPITAL PROJECT 18-10: Authorize the Public Works Supervisor to proceed with Capital Project 18-10 DPW Vehicle Replacement for the purchase of a Liftech Skid Steer, including apparatus in an amount not to exceed $71,000.00. (Matzke)
8. BUDGET AMENDMENT: Approve a budget amendment to reallocate a donation to the Police Department from St. Joseph’s Church for children’s programs. (Wells)
9. UNSAFE STRUCTURE – Per Chapter 34, Article II, Unsafe Buildings and Collapsed Structures of the City Code, receive and place on file the Report of Unsafe Structures, from Asst. Fire Marshall Dennis Fields on the property located at 114 Madison Street, and schedule a public hearing for May 1, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers at 109 N. Main Street.
