Brindisi for Congress announces upcoming town halls
During his announcement for Congress, Assemblyman Anthony Brindisi pledged to hold a town hall in every county every year. Here are the dates, times and locations for upcoming live town hall meetings:
- April 8, 1:30 p.m. Madison County: Golden Auditorium in Little Hall, Colgate University, Hamilton
- April 25, 7 p.m. Chenango County: Family YMCA, 68 N Broad St, Norwich
- May 21, 6 p.m. Broome County: American Legion 1645, 177 Robinson St, Binghamton
- May 27, 1 p.m. Herkimer County: Pavilion at Moreland Park, Little Falls
“Job Number 1 of a representative in Congress is to listen to the people’s concerns and needs,” Brindisi said. “We all know Washington is off on the wrong track, and I want to hear from people all over our region about how we can fix Washington and get our communities back on track.”
Brindisi has already held a town hall meeting in Cortland County and additional town halls will be added in Oneida, Oswego and Tioga counties throughout the rest of the campaign.
