- Jeannie M. Buffington, 48, of 118 Phelps St., Oneida, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
- Paul C. Bird, Jr., 46, of 5873 Buyea Road, Canastota, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
- Jennifer L. Marland, 42, no permanent address, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
April 14, 2018
- Shawn J. Lee, 31, of 501 Main St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
- Christopher P. Rong, 46, of 240 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held on $100 cash or $200 bond.
- Katherine A. Joslyn, 30, of 5356 Canal St., Durhamville, was charged with unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.
- Erin L. Tobin, 31, of 122 Madison St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on an original charge of harassment in the second degree (two counts). She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded to the custody of the sheriff.
- Charles W. Hotzclaw Jr., 49, of 8780 Brewerton Road, Brewerton, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with criminal obstruction of breathing and criminal contempt in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
April 15, 2018
- Olivario B. Maes, 39, of 102 N. Main St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to complete community service on an original charge of criminal trespass in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on his own recognizance.
- Richard S. Torres, 63, of 605 W. Embargo St., Rome, was charged with petit larceny.
April 16, 2018
- Chad J. Young, 37, of 4433 Peterboro Road, Vernon, was charged with harassment in the second degree. He was also arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on an original charge of aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was held on $500 cash or $1,000 bond.

- Sarah L. Bennett, 44, of 106 S. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate lights and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
- Tessy L. Casler, 40, of 10758 St. Rt. 26, Ava, was charged with obstructed view and suspended registration.
April 19, 2018
- Jason W. Colon, 45, of 1919 Main St., Blossvale, was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
- Dennis J. Smith, 52, of 189 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with forcible touching.
- Keitha A. Cesario, 24, of 529 Tilden St., Oneida, was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree.
