  • Jillian L. Leggett, 34, 226 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on original charges of burglary in the second degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree and petit larceny. She was arraigned in Madison County Court and remanded in lieu of $3,000 cash or bond. She was also charged regarding a bench warrant issued out of Oneida City Court alleging that she failed to appear on charges of petit larceny and providing a false statement. She was arraigned in Oneida City court regarding that bench warrant and was remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond. She was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

June 13, 2018

  • Cherie L. Eaton, 45, 104 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Duane E. Riemersma, 33, 65 Main St., Whitesboro, was charged with petit larceny.
  • Brandy M. Laflesh, 38, 138 N. Court St., Wampsville, was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree.
  • William O. Ducey III, 25, 214 Cedar St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging he failed to appear with respect to a pending aggravated unlicensed operator charge. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on his own recognizance.
  • Sarah L. Bennett, 44, 106 S. Lake St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
  • Alex S. West, 22, 227 N. Main St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
  • John C. Williams, 30, 6789 Creek Rd., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging he failed to appear regarding original charges of aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree, aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree and operating without a license. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
  • Alyssa A. Stewart, 28, 102 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with falsely reporting an incident and proving a false statement.

June 14, 2018

  • Melissa E. Kampf, 47, 115 Seneca Ave., Oneida Castle, was charged with inadequate headlights and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Raymond R. Shlotzhauer, 52, 726 James St., Rome, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on original charges of aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree, disobeying a traffic control device, and unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released after posting $350 bail.

June 15, 2018

  • Desteniy B. Branch, 18, 221 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Paul M. Matthews, 38, 213 Boston St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with harassment in the second degree.

June 16, 2018

  • Shawn J. Lee, 31, 501 Main St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
  • Steven L. Euson, 38, 209 Lawrence St., Rome, was charged with disorderly conduct.

June 17, 2018

  • Tyler M. Houck, 26, 1058 Rocky Rd., Oneida, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

June 18, 2018

  • Joshua F. Pittsley, 25, 4675 State Route 104, Oswego, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to pay restitution on an original charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on his own recognizance.
  • Michael G. Peterson, 47, 104 Allen Heights, Johnsonville, was arrested on three arrest warrants, each charging him with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or bond.
