Syracuse man arrested on sex abuse charges
On July 10, 2018, State Police arrested Mitchell D. Pallone, 33, of 119 Shore Ave., Syracuse, for forcible touching, second-degree sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, all class A misdemeanors.
Pallone is accused of having forcible sexual contact with a female younger than 14 years old July 8, 2018, in the town of Richland, Oswego County.
Pallone was arraigned in the town of Richland Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail.
