- Cody J. Miller, 24, 4608 Marble Hill Road, Oneida, was charged with speeding, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.
- Travis W. Johnson, 26, 614 Fitch St., Oneida was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
- Lawrence W. Bartlett, III, 39, 427 Lake St., Oneida, was charged with harassment in the second degree and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree. He was subsequently charged with criminal tampering in the third degree, unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree and resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded to the custody of the sheriff in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
- Sara R. Arntson, 32, 334 Stone St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant for harassment in the second degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
- Brandon P. Walsh, 32, 303 Williams St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on charges of unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operator in the first degree (two counts) aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree and miscellaneous vehicle and traffic charges. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded to the custody of the sheriff.

- A 16-year-old Oneida youth was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
- Chelsea L. McDonald, 28, 446 EN Canal St., Canastota, was charged with inadequate lights and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
- Michael A. Ellsworth, 24, 235 Belmont Ave., Oneida was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device and operating with a suspended registration.
July 22, 2018
- Craig J. Coston, 32, 548 Broadway St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant for aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree. He was arraigned in the Town of Sullivan Court and was released on his own recognizance.
July 23, 2018
- William A. Raymond, Jr., 56, 3981 Canal Road, Canastota, was charged with unlicensed operator, failure to obey and resisting arrest.
July 24, 2018
- William R. Last Jr., 29, 9164 Sulphur Springs Road, Lee Center, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny and burglary in the third degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
