Rensselaer man arrest for exposing himself at Empire State Plaza
State Troopers and BCI at the Capital Barracks received complaints of a man exposing his genitals and masturbating at the Empire State Plaza near the Police Memorial.
The suspect was identified through investigation as 46-year-old Myint Naing of Rensselaer
Naing was arraigned in Albany City Court where he was remanded for $1,500 cash or bond.
