- John A. Francis, 52, no permanent address, was charged with trespass.
- Cherie L. Eaton, 45, of 104 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.
July 27, 2018
- Daniel T. Butt, 30, of 175 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operator.
- Joseph K. Martin, 47, of 119 Will New Blvd., Canastota, was charged with petit larceny.
- Nicole N. Laufer, 38, of 223 N. Broad St., Oneida was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a second bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on charges of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and unlicensed operator. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
- Brittany L. Clark, 28, of 516 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.
July 28, 2018
- Saleena M. Berry, 19, of 161 Phelps St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate lights and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
- Lindy L. Lagrange, 42, of 214 E. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree grand larceny and two counts of third-degree grand larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the custody of the sheriff.
- Bruce A. Ward, 66, of 124 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with trespass.
- Carlene J. Ward, 71, of 124 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with trespass.
- Carlos Y. Roque, 46, of 130 E. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.
- John B. O’Herien, 43, of 1194 Falls Blvd., Chittenango, was arrested on a Madison County Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for intermittent imprisonment regarding two counts of petit larceny. He was transferred to the custody of the sheriff.

- Christopher W. Wilsey, 28, of 432 Larchmont Ave., Utica, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.
July 31, 2018
- Estelle K. Carroll, 30, of 88 Livonia Ave., Brooklyn, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
- Zachary T. Coonrod, 24, of 437 Sayles St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
Aug. 1, 2018
- Mark E. Meadows Jr., 18, of 546 Stone St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear for two charges of petit larceny and one count of disorderly conduct. He was also arrested on a separate bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on charges of suspended registration, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $125 cash or $250 bond.
- Steven A. Kaczor, 40, of 201 E. Seneca St., Sherrill, was charged with failure to use designated lane, uninsured motor vehicle, suspended registration and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
- Thomas R. Baker Jr., 58, of 2565 North Road, Vernon Center, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating with a more than .08 blood alcohol content.
- Andrew S. Nystrom, 39, of 5268 Main St., Munnsville, was charged with petit larceny.
