Take advantage of “Early Bird” registration for the third annual “Wild Goose Chase”
Go on a “Wild Goose Chase” along the trails of Rogers Center in Sherburne. Join Friends of Rogers Sept. 15 at 10 a.m. for its third annual 5K trail run/walk. Sponsored by NBT Bank, with additional support provided by New York Central Mutual, this unique event features well-groomed trails with a beautiful view of the surrounding valley and nature at its best.
Those who pre-register for the “Wild Goose Chase” by Aug. 30 will save $8 and are guaranteed a free t-shirt. After Sept. 12, potential participants will need to wait until Sept. 15 for day-of registrations at the event site.

Rogers Center is operated by Friends of Rogers Environmental Education Center, Inc., a nonprofit organization that offers educational programs for people of all ages. Summer hours are 10 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
