- Michael F. Albanese, 36, of 4399 Furnace Hill Road, Lincoln, was charged with speed in zone, passing on the right, unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree and unlawful possession of marijuana.
- Danny W. Britton, Jr., 32, of 216 Sherman St., Oneida, was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree.
- James E. Thornton, 22, of 5268 N. Main St., Munnsville, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and rape in the third degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

- Nicholas W. Kampf, 59, no permanent address, was charged with trespass.
- Amber F. Thurston, 67, of 5497 Stockbridge Falls Road, Smithfield, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated.
- Monica Caplan, 34, of 33 Willow Tree Circle, Clarks Mills, was charged with illegal tint, unlicensed operator, operation without ignition interlock where required, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.
