UPDATED (11.19.18) State police seek public’s assistance with missing teen from Jefferson County
State Police in Alexandria Bay is searching for 16-year-old Hayley I. Neuroth from Alexandria Bay.
Hayley has been missing since Oct. 25, 2018. She is described as 5 feet, 2 inches tall, 145 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be in the city of Watertown or surrounding areas in Jefferson County with an adult white male, Gavin Collins.
