Rome man arrested on burglary charges
State police in Marcy arrested Matthew S. Gray, 38, of Rome, for third-degree burglary (class D felony), fourth-degree grand larceny (class E felony) and third-degree criminal trespass (class B misdemeanor).
Gray is accused of unlawfully entering Olney Flowers Shop of Rome, LLC, located on Wright Settlement Road, on Sept. 6, 2018, and stealing several power tools from the business totaling $2,700 in value.
Gray was arraigned and remanded to Oneida County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or bail bond.
